LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.4.1.1.5.3. Marino Extranjero con Licencia. El armador colombiano suministrará a todo marino extranjero a quien la Autoridad Marítima le refrende su licencia, copias de la Legislación Marítima Colombiana, incluyendo el presente Capítulo, las disposiciones sobre Reconocimientos, Certificaciones, etc., responsabilizándose expresamente en su solicitud, por la adecuada inducción y cumplimiento del marino extranjero sobre estos aspectos.
