A partir del 1º de enero de 1999, el incremento de salario por antigüedad que vienen percibiendo algunos empleados a quienes se aplica este decreto, en virtud de lo dispuesto en el Decreto 1310 de 1978, se reajustará en el quince por ciento (15%). Si resultaren centavos al aplicar el porcentaje de que trata el presente artículo, se aproximará al peso siguiente.
