El Gobierno pondrá oportunamente a disposición de las Juntas patrióticas mencionadas las sumas que a cada uno de los Distritos expresados corresponde conforme a esta Ley, a fin de que tengan en tiempo su debida aplicación, suma total que se considerará incluída en el Presupuesto de la vigencia en curso.
