Las actuaciones administrativas que se hayan iniciado para la regulación de cuota de aprendizaje, que no tengan acto administrativo en firme a la fecha de entrada en vigencia del presente decreto, continuarán su trámite de conformidad con lo dispuesto en la norma vigente al momento de la radicación de la información de la planta de trabajadores.
