Artículo decimocuarto . El control fiscal del manejo e inversión de la Cuota de Fomento Cerealista, se ejercerá por la Contraloría General de la República, para lo cual, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo 5° de la Ley que se reglamenta, la Federación Nacional de Cultivadores de Cereales rendirá anualmente las cuentas correspondientes a esa entidad.
