Modifícase el

Parágrafo 2

del artículo 3.1.1.5.1 del Decreto 2555 de 2010, el cual quedará así: “

Para efectos de los límites establecidos en el artículo 3.1.1.5.2 del presente decreto, no se computarán las operaciones de reporto o repo pasivas y simultáneas pasivas realizadas para atender solicitudes de redención de participaciones o gastos del fondo, caso en el cual no podrán exceder del 30% del activo total del fondo de inversión colectiva y no se considerarán operaciones de naturaleza apalancada”.
