PRUEBA SUPLETORIA DE LOS PASIVOS. El incumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior, acarreará el desconocimiento de los pasivos, a menos que se pruebe que las cantidades respectivas y sus rendimientos, fueron oportunamente declarados por el beneficiario.
