Artículo primero . Los sobrantes causados hasta la fecha, y los que se causen, en adelante, en el funcionamiento de la Sala-Cuna del Lazareto de Agua de Dios, contarme los considerandos de esta Resolución, serán mantenidos por el Cajero Externo de dicho Lazareto en cuenta bancaria especial bajo su responsabilidad.
