DELAS EXCEPCIONES AL LÍMITE PARA EL RECONOCIMIENTO DE HORAS EXTRAS . Las restricciones de nivel y de monto total por concepto de horas extras de que trata el artículo 35 no se aplicarán a los empleados que tengan como función la de ejercer el control fiscal de recaudaciones fuera del horario normal de oficina, y al personal de la imprenta. En ningún caso el pago de horas extras podrá exceder el cincuenta por ciento del valor de la asignación básica mensual.
