Duración de la incapacidad . La duración de la incapacidad por enfermedad y riesgos laborales, y de la licencia de maternidad o paternidad, será por el término que se determine en el certificado médico de incapacidad, o por el fijado en la normatividad vigente, sin que dicho plazo pueda ser aumentado o disminuido por el empleado o por el empleador.
