Articulo 3º . Para los efectos del artículo anterior, las situaciones de emergencia pueden ser causadas por

Fenómenos naturales o artificiales de gran intensidad o violencia;

Sucesos infaustos, únicos o repetidos; e) Enfermedades o afeccion es de carácter epidémico; d) Actos de h ostilidad o conflictos armados, internos o internacionales, con los cuales la población se halle amenazada. CAPITULO II Del Comité Nacional de Emergencia y sus organizaciones de apoyo
