PRIMA DE ANTIGÜEDAD. Los Agentes de la Policía Nacional, a partir de la fecha en que cumplan diez (10) años de servicio tendrán derecho a una prima mensual de antigüedad que se liquidará sobre el sueldo básico, así: a los diez (10) años, el diez por ciento (10%) y por cada año que exceda de los diez (10), el uno por ciento (1%) más.
