La decisión se notificará personalmente al interesado, por intermedio de la Secretaría dentro de los diez (10) días siguientes a la fecha de la sección en que se adoptó, y si no fuere posible, se realizará mediante edicto en los términos del artículo 45 del Código Contencioso Administrativo.
