°. Plataforma Tecnológica . El ICANH implementará una plataforma tecnológica para la gestión eficiente de los trámites establecidos en el presente decreto. Para garantizar una introducción adecuada de la misma, podrá establecer un proceso gradual en su aplicación. Sin embargo, deberá garantizar la posibilidad de agotar el trámite en físico para las personas que así lo soliciten.
