Ley 1 de 1905 · Por el cual se ratifica los Decretos legislativos que han tenido origen en el Ministerio de instrucción pública

Art. 1.° Ratifícase los Decretos legislativos que han tenido origen en el Ministerio de instrucción Pública, a saber:

Número 3 de 1905 (Enero 5), por el cual se dispone que los Profesores de la Universidad Nacional son de libre nombramiento y remoción del Poder Ejecutivo ( Diario Oficial número 12,284);

Número 45 de 1905 (6 de Marzo), por el cual se concede una pensión vitalicia de jubilación ( Diario Oficial número 12.297); y

Número 49 de 1905 (9 de Marzo), por el cual se reforma el Presupuesto de Gastos de la presente vigencia de 1905 y 1906 ( Diario Oficial número 12,301).

Parágrafo

Las disposiciones contenidas en los anteriores Decretos continuarán rigiendo con fuerza de ley.
