° . En adición a las operaciones autorizadas, los bancos hipotecarios en adelante quedan autorizados para efectuar las operaciones de colocación permitidas a las corporaciones de ahorro y vivienda.

Parágrafo

La cartera y las operaciones activas de crédito de los bancos hipotecarios estarán sujetas a las mismas condiciones y restricciones previstas para las corporaciones de ahorro y vivienda con excepción de lo dispuesto en el inciso 11 del artículo 51 del Decreto 2533 de 1994.
