La Superintendencia de Comercio Exterior, previo el concepto de la Federación Nacional de Cafeteros de Colombia, podrá imponer multas hasta por un monto equivalente al 50 % el valor del respectivo contrato, cuando sin mediar causas justificativas, se incumpliere la obligación de exportar dentro del término en él previsto.
