Al aplicar y reglamentar esta Ley, el Gobierno queda facultado para abrir los créditos a que haya lugar y para efectuar los traslados de las partidas correspondientes a los servicios que han venido funcionando como dependencias del Ministerio de la Economía y que deben pasar al de Agricultura y Ganadería.
