Decreto 264 de 1995 · por el cual se reglamenta la Ley 157 de 1994 sobre el ejercicio de la profesión de diseño industrial.

El certificado y la tarjeta profesional son documentos que habilitan y acreditan al Diseñador Industrial para el ejercicio legal de la profesión, al tenor de lo dispuesto en la Ley 157 de 1994 del presente Decreto. El certificado y la tarjeta profesional serán entregados al interesado por la Secretaría de la Comisión Profesional Colombiana de Diseño Industrial.

Parágrafo

En los casos de deterioro o pérdida del certificado o de la tarjeta profesional, previa solicitud y comprobación del hecho, se expedirá a costa del interesado el duplicado respectivo. CAPITULO IV. DE LAS SANCIONES
