En los casos de que tratan los ordinales b) y g) del artículo 38 de la Ley 130 de 1913 , no se comprenden las resoluciones que se dicten en los juicios de Policía de naturaleza penal o civil y las sentencias dictadas en los juicios seguidos por fraudes a las rentas departamentales o municipales.
