ARTICULO 63 . <Artículo modificado por el artículo 1 del Decreto 3074 de 1968. El nuevo texto es el siguiente:> Sin perjuicio de los derechos que corresponden a los empleados que están inscritos en el escalafón de la carrera administrativa, las autoridades que tengan la facultad de proveer empleos continuarán ejerciéndola sin sujeción a las formalidades que establece el presente decreto, hasta cuando el gobierno expedida los reglamentos para su aplicación.
