Decreto 1722 de 2015 · por el cual se reglamenta parcialmente el artículo 130 de la Ley 30 de 1992 y se regula una operación de redescuento con tasa compensada de la Financiera de Desarrollo Territorial S.A. (Findeter), para el financiamiento de infraestructura programas de calidad en las instituciones de educación superior y se adiciona el Decreto número 1075 de 2015.
