Programas de adecuación. Las normas previstas en el presente Título no se aplicarán a las prórrogas, novaciones y demás operaciones que celebren las entidades en desarrollo de programas de adecuación a los límites previstos en el presente Título, como resultado de procesos de estructuración empresarial definidos en el artículo 113 del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero. Dichos programas deberán ser aprobados y supervisados por la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia.
