La Junta Electoral, hechos los cómputos del tiempo para la remisión de los pliegos, según el artículo 101 de la Ley 7º de 1888, volverá á instalarse en la capital de la Circunscripción, con el objeto de hacer el escrutinio de las actas de los Jurados Electorales, y declarar y comunicar á quienes corresponde la elección de Diputados á las Asambleas Departamentales.
