Con el propósito de estimular la vinculación de profesionales a los programas de rehabilitación de zonas que estuvieron sometidas a enfrentamiento armado o a acciones subversivas, se considerara que el servicio social obligatorio; a que se refiere la Ley 50 de 1981 ha sido satisfactoriamente cumplida cuando los respectivos servicios se presten por seis meses a lo menos, como se indica en el artículo siguiente.
