° De las normas contenidas en el artículo 1 del presente Decreto se exceptúan los bienes u objetos aprehendidos por considerarse que son de contrabando, los cuales deberán ponerse inmediatamente disposición de las respectivas autoridades aduaneras, y los que deban ser enviados al Servicio de Material de Guerra del Ministerio de Defensa Nacional, de conformidad con la reglamentación vigente sobre la materia.
