Artículo segundo. Las personas naturales o jurídicas que tengan establecidas agencias de empleos o colocaciones, deben inscribirse como comerciantes en su condición de agentes comisionistas, en las respectivas Cámaras de Comercio, en donde funcionen sus dependencias o agencias, dentro del término fijado por el Decreto-ley 2318 de 1953.
