Manejo independiente de los recursos. La Dirección General de Crédito Público y Tesoro Nacional dará manejo independiente a los recursos destinados al FONDEG mientras se produce el giro de los mismos al Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, previo el cumplimiento de los trámites presupuestales correspondientes.
