ARTICULO 3.3.5.1.- PAGO DEL CAPITAL INICIAL.- De acuerdo con el artículo 1.3.1.2.1 del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero, en las sociedades comisionistas, a lo menos el cincuenta por ciento (50%) del capital suscrito deberá pagarse en dinero al tiempo de la constitución, como requisito para que le sea expedido el certificado de autorización, sin perjuicio del monto de capital mínimo que deben acreditar de acuerdo con el artículo 1.1.0.9.
