Modifícase el inciso 3º del artículo 27 del Decreto 1697 de 1994, el cual quedará así: Sin perjuicio de la reclamación a que haya lugar, se presumirá que se ha entregado a satisfacción el envío, desde el momento en que los destinatarios o sus representantes, personas autorizadas, residentes y en fin cualquier persona que se encuentre habilitada merced a su oficio o funciones, hayan recibido y tomado posesión del mismo.
