ARTICULO 3.3.3.10.- INOPONIBILIDAD DEL INCUMPLIMIENTO DEL COMITENTE. El comitente está obligado a poner a su comisionista en capacidad de cumplir todas las obligaciones inherentes a su encargo y éste no podrá oponer a la bolsa o a sus miembros, en las diferencias que surjan al liquidar la operación, excepciones derivadas del incumplimiento del comitente.
