- Repartido el negocio, se fijará en lista en la Secretaría General del Consejo Superior de la Judicatura por el término de cinco (5) días, dentro del cual podrán los interesados hacer sus alegaciones por escrito. El Magistrado ponente podrá decretar las pruebas que estime convenientes dentro de los cinco (5) días siguientes, para cuya práctica señalará término que no podrá exceder de quince (15) días.
