El Administrador Almacenista de la Litografía Nacional asegurará su manejo con la fianza que determina el artículo 4° del Decreto número 877 de 1915, y será responsable, así del dinero que reciba de la Tesorería para pago de sueldos y jornales, como de las especies venales que se fabriquen en el establecimiento, y de los enseres, útiles y materiales que existan hoy en él y que ingresen en lo sucesivo.
