El Gobierno Nacional estudiará y efectuará los reajustes de estructuras, funciones y planta de personal que fuere necesario introducir en desarrollo del Tratado y de las disposiciones del presente Decreto-ley, con el objeto de adecuar los organismos vinculados a la ejecución de dicho Tratado, particularmente la Oficina Económica del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores, la Oficina de Planeación, Coordinación y Evaluación del Ministerio de Agricultura; las Divisiones de Industria y Comercio Nacional y Transportes del Ministerio de Fomento, y las reparticiones del Departamento Administrativo de Planeación y Servicios Técnicos.
