En todos los Establecimientos Carcelarios existirá un libro que se denominará órdenes del día, en calidad de órgano de mando de la dirección. El objeto de él es hacer conocer de todo el personal del Establecimiento o de parte de él, las órdenes del redimen interno, advertencias y notificaciones de carácter general o particular que dicte la dirección.
