ARTICULO 2.1.4.1.1 .- REGIMEN FINANCIERO DE LOS ORGANISMOS COOPERATIVOS DE GRADO SUPERIOR DE CARACTER FINANCIERO. Los organismos cooperativos de segundo grado e instituciones auxiliares del cooperativismo de carácter financiero ejercerán la actividad financiera por medio de secciones de ahorros, a través de las cuales realizarán las operaciones permitidas a las cajas de ahorro y secciones de ahorros de los bancos comerciales, bajo el régimen y las disposiciones propias de éstas, y del régimen cooperativo en lo pertinente. Sin perjuicio de la existencia de aportes mínimos no reducibles, conforme a la ley 79 de 1988, en los estatutos deberá establecerse el capital destinado para esta sección, también de carácter mínimo e irreductible.
