Art. 1.º El Poder Ejecutivo prorrogará el término de que trata el artículo A ( transitorio) de la Ley 146 de 1888 , por el tiempo que sea necesario para que los Contadores Supernumerarios puedan despachar el examen de las cuentas de su cargo.

La prórroga de que trata el anterior artículo es extensiva a los Oficiales escribientes de dichos Contadores.
