º CONSTRUCCIÓN DE NAVES MENORES. Cuando se trate de la construcción de naves menores o hasta de 16 metros de eslora de diseño, tanto en astillero nacional como extranjero, se cumplirán los mismos requisitos contenidos en los artículos 1º, 2º y 3º de este Decreto. Los planos preliminares solamente deberán contener

Perfil, secciones longitudinales y transversales y plantas.

Disposición de los elementos de salvamento, navegación, contra incendio, combustible, sistema de achique y red eléctrica.

Disposición de la maquinaria.

Las especificaciones correspondientes.
