Art. 2.° Si los grados de los licores se hubieren alterado maliciosamente por el dueño ó tenedor de ellos, y se acreditare esta circunstancia plenamente, no está el Rematador en la obligación de comprarlos sino con un cincuenta por ciento (50 por 100) del descuento en el precio que fijaren los peritos. Comuníquese y publíquese.
