Los Registradores de Instrumentos Públicos deberán remitir en formato digital al Gestor Catastral competente, dentro de los diez (10) primeros días de cada mes, la información completa sobre modificaciones de la propiedad inmueble ocurridas durante el mes anterior.

Parágrafo

La obligación de remitir esta información culminará una vez se dispongan servicios de interoperabilidad entre registro y cada Gestor Catastral, en cuyo caso dichas modificaciones deberán reflejarse en ambos sistemas de manera inmediata.
