Retiro de proyectos. Un proyecto de ley podrá ser retirado por su autor, siempre que no se haya presentado ponencia para primer debate y sea de iniciativa congresional.

En los demás eventos se requerirá la aceptación de la Comisión o Cámara respectiva.
