Reunión de tas Asambleas. Las Asambleas para elegir Directivos de las Cámaras de Comercio se reunirán por, derecho propio el segundo viernes hábil del mes de junio del respectivo año, Si la Asamblea no se reuniere en la fecha señalada. la Junta Directiva de la Cámara de Comercio la convocará dentro de los quince días siguientes en cuyo caso sesionará y decidirá válidamente con el número de matriculados o afiliados que se hicieren presentes, Si la Junta no la convoca lo hará la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio.
