º. El inciso segundo del artículo 2º quedará así: A partir del martes anterior a las eleccionmes y hasta el día siguiente en que las mismas se verifiquen, sólo podrán efectuarse reuniones de carácter político en recintos cerrados. Cuando se dé aviso de la intención de celebrar reuniones en espacios abiertos durante dichos días, el respectivo Alcalde deberá aplazarlas para una fecha posterior.
