Plazo para el pago del precio. El precio de venta de las Acciones adjudicadas en desarrollo de la Primera Etapa deberá pagarse dentro del plazo que para el efecto se establezca en el Reglamento. En caso contrario, Ecopetrol podrá declarar resuelto el contrato de compraventa de acciones de forma unilateral y sin necesidad de declaración judicial.
