Notificación por estado. La notificación por estado se practicará dentro de los tres (3) días hábiles siguientes a la expedición del acto administrativo, mediante la inserción en el estado del número y fecha del acto que se notifica, los nombres de las partes que estén identificadas, la clase de proceso, un resumen de la decisión, fechas de fijación y desfijación del estado y firma del funcionario que lo hace. El estado se fijará por el término de tres (3) días hábiles en un lugar visible de la respectiva Dirección Seccional, según el caso; adicionalmente, y para efectos meramente informativos, se publicará en el sitio web de la Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales.
