Art. 1° Los lotes de tierra de la ciudad de Colón, marcados con los números 322, 324, 326, 328, 330 y 332, serán arrendados por el Gobierno del Departamento en las mismas condiciones en que arrienda los demás lotes de la expresada ciudad.
