Cuando el director técnico tenga que separase temporalmente de la dirección de la farmacia-droguería, debe dejar encargado del puesto a otro farmacéutico en ejercicio de la profesión, si lo hubiere en la población; y si no lo hubiere, dará aviso a la respectiva autoridad de Salud pública para que provea lo conveniente.
