Respuesta de la pregunta. En la sesión correspondiente, tras la escueta formulación de la pregunta por el Congresista, contestará el Gobierno, representado en uno o varios Ministros. Aquél podrá intervenir a continuación para repreguntar y, luego de la nueva intervención del Gobierno, terminará el asunto. El Presidente distribuirá los tiempos razonablemente. No se podrá interpelar en ningún caso.
