° A partir de la vigencia de los Decretos 2863 y 2864 de 1966 y mientras el Ministerio prepara y ejecuta las medidas a que se refieren los artículos 1°, 2°, 3° y 4° del presente Decreto, los gastos de arrendamiento y sostenimiento de los Consulados de la República se pagarán de conformidad con las normas que se establecen en los artículos siguientes.
