Acción de responsabilidad contra administradores. Sin perjuicio de lo establecido en este procedimiento, los acreedores, el Agente Especial, Administrador y/o Liquidador de la intervenida podrán ejercer, juntos o separadamente, en cualquier momento, acciones de responsabilidad civil y penal que resultaren pertinentes contra quienes ejercían las funciones de dirección y/o administración de la intervenida.
